So far, so good! I worked for about two hours and was able to draft, cut, and sew Hadley's ladybug dress. It went faster than Arden's because I didn't have to think about each step to be sure I was doing what I wanted.
I know pink with white polka dots isn't necessarily very ladybug-ish, but Arden was very specific that she wanted to be a red ladybug and Hadley should be a pink ladybug. I couldn't find any pink with black polka dot fabric and I already had this pink fabric from Arden's PINK Party.
Tomorrow I'm hoping to get the wings for both girls finished. Wish me luck!
