Uncomplicated Meals With Manwich

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Manwich for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Meals around our family can be a little complicated.  Well, that’s putting it mildly – we’re a bit like the three bears from Goldilocks when it comes to dietary requirements and tastes.  My husband Dave is vegetarian, I’ve recently begun eating gluten free and then there are the girls.  They’re pretty good eaters, but I like to make sure that what I feed them is both appealing and wholesome.

Manwich to the rescue!  I was sent three varieties to sample – Original, Bold, & Thick and Chunky.  I made veggie joes for Dave using vegetarian ground beef and the Bold Manwich sauce.  For the girls and myself I used lean ground beef and the Original recipe for the girls and the Thick and Chunky for me.  I served the sloppy joes on whole wheat slider buns for Dave and the girls, and on gluten free bread for myself.  The verdict?  Yums all around!  Dave had the bright idea to add bread & butter pickle relish to ours for the perfect bit of tang.

Each can of Manwich contains no artificial flavors or preservatives, and provides a full serving of vegetables.  Like I said earlier, Arden and Hadley aren’t picky and will eat their vegetables pretty well, but I like to take a sneaky serving where I can.

Have you seen the Manwich TV Ads?  I love how they’re foccused on bringing families together for mealtime.  Check them out at Manwich TV Ads, and then check out all the recipes at Manwich Recipes.

So what’s better than one meal that satisfied all of our requirements?  Two meals!  The next day I put out a bed of corn tortilla chips, added the different Manwich toppings and some cheese and sweet peppers to make sloppy nachos!  Another hit!

With Manwich in our pantry, our family of bears each finds their dinner to be “just right”.
