Flash Leggings are a true close-fitting legging for kids of all ages. Boys can rock these pants – just size up a touch for a more relaxed fit. The smallest sizes have room for cloth diapers, and sizes 2T and 3T are drafted in both regular and higher rise. They’re a super fast sew – you’ll be finished in a flash!!
