Are you ready for Valentine’s Day?  I’m a little closer, now that I’ve got these babies whipped up!

Firstly – I HAVE A SILHOUETTE!!!!  For at least the last year I’ve entered every single Silhouette giveway that I came across, but to no avail.  Earlier this month I reached a milestone at work – 15 years of service.  Our company has a nifty awards program where you get to choose gift cards to a wide variety of businesses, so I looked to see where Silhouettes were available and Overstock.com was a winner!  I chose to get the Cameo for the extra cutting width in case I ever need it.

I like Market Pantry fruit snacks from Target for my girls and they have these fun Valentine ones right now, so I thought these would be nice to give for their preschool exchanges.  Not exactly healthful, but at least they’re not chocolate.

I had this fun two sided scrapbook paper with sort of a Victorian feel.  I bought a heart pillow box design from the Silhouette online store; on sale for $.75.  I pulled the heart off and added “XO” in stencil font.  I also sized the box a little larger to accommodate the fruit snack pouch.

Fold it up, toss in a pouch of cute fruit snacks and tie it all together with some baker’s twine.  Cute and easy – my kind of Valentine!  Arden says “XO means we love each other” – so sweet…
