I have about three projects for Arden’s rainbow birthday party that I was planning to post about. I have the projects completed (or mostly so), but we’ve been hit by a little bug around here and I just don’t have the energy for photo editing and post-writing.
Poor Hadley had diarrhea over the weekend so bad and frequent that her butt was literally bleeding. She would scream and push our hands away when we had to change her because her rear hurt so badly. She’s finally doing better today and just healing up the war wounds. Arden is so far (knock on wood) fine, but she’s taken some power naps and late morning sleeps which makes me think she’s fighting something off. I had the worst headache of my life yesterday with accompanying nausea, chills and light sensitivity. Dave came home from work early today and lost the little bit he managed to eat today. It’s a barrel of fun around here.
I think we’re working through it, but tomorrow is Arden’s 4th birthday and I hope we’re recovered enough to celebrate without the affects of illness.
